Vetraio

A collaboration with Sherwood Fellows

Vetraio exists to tell the untold stories of purpose-driven organizations so they can inspire buy-in, catalyze action, and advance their mission.

In this digital age increasingly saturated with noise, the need for genuine storytelling has never been greater. We are drowning in a deluge of data, drama, cat videos, and sensational content. The voices of profound causes are often lost by the cacophony of promoters, pretenders, and propagandists; yet, the imperative to share meaningful stories persists. As they say, “story is king.”

Vetraio’s name, derived from the Italian word for "glassmaker," signifies their commitment to telling profound stories for a confused and noisy world. Just as a vetraio crafts stained glass to transform light into a spectacle of stories, they craft films to cut through the noise, pierce the heart, and catalyze action. Vetraio’s purpose is to shine a light on the missions that matter, conveying purpose and rallying support with unparalleled clarity and resonance.

Sherwood Fellows tasked Fabelle Creative with coming up with a logo concept, finessing the brand elements that had so far been explored to capture Vetraio’s essence, defining clear design rules to implement these themes visually, and laying them all out in a brand guide for internal use. A “Creator” brand, Vetraio’s approach needed to be very aesthetic, utilizing bright, evocative colors, legible, optimist fonts, layouts layered for depth, and line grids, shapes, and blocks as if to say: “Here’s the material you need to build your dreams,” all to help drive home the themes of imagination and creation.
