Pastoral Letter
The Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter is equivalent to a diocese in the Catholic Church, created for people nurtured in the Anglican tradition to become fully Roman Catholic, while retaining elements of their worship traditions and spiritual heritage. The Ordinariate was in need of design work for a Pastoral Letter, written by Bishop Steven J. Lopes, to be mailed to all Ordinariate Parishes and Parochial Communities. The letter was on the Holy Spirit, their practice of Confirmation, and some of St. John Henry Neman’s theology on the Church and the Holy Spirit. The magazine-style mailer needed to find a balance between appealing to a more traditional audience, while utilizing clean, modern styles. This was the result.
