Metanoia Catholic Coaching Foundations

Metanoia Catholic is a coaching program that works with students to discover their talents, overcome their obstacles, and live the life God has planned specifically for them. They baptize secular coaching methods with a Catholic perspective, because to grow successfully in life and work, one also must grow spiritually.

Metanoia Catholic was launching two products, Catholic Coaching Foundations and Catholic Coaching Certification, which train people to become coaches and start their own businesses. When someone signs up for either course, they receive a welcome kit that includes helpful materials to get them started.

Metanoia Catholic approached Fabelle Creative Co. to design the contents of these welcome kits, which included two workbooks—one for Theory, and one for Drills, with infographics—a two-sided cheat sheet for the Concupiscible and Irascible Appetites, and an Emotions Wheel poster. These needed to be clean, simple designs that appealed to both men and women, of various ages, utilizing Metanoia’s “Waymarker” logo, which Fabelle Creative transformed into a pattern that was used throughout the workbooks.

A workbook must be a fine line between keeping things simple enough to write in, but inviting enough to keep students moving through the material. Fabelle Creative took the time and attention needed to strike that balance.
